Our Programmes
At See-Me, we turn understanding into action. Our programmes are designed to empower individuals with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), support families, and equip workplaces and schools to build a culture of inclusion that lasts.
1. The See-Me Coaching Programme
6-Session Personal Development & Employability Course
A structured series designed for 16–25-year-olds with SEND, focusing on building confidence, self-awareness, and practical workplace skills.
Each session combines mentoring, group activities, and tailored coaching to help participants
Outcome: Participants leave with a clear personal development plan, increased readiness for employment, and renewed belief in what’s possible.
2. Mentoring for Employment
Our mentoring network connects individuals with SEND to professionals who “get it.” Mentors offer guidance, career insights, and practical support — helping mentees navigate the steps into work, further education, or volunteering.
We also provide mentor training, ensuring every match creates a supportive and empowering relationship.
Outcome: Real relationships that change futures..
3. Work Placements & Pathways
We work hand-in-hand with inclusive employers to create tailored work placement opportunities that build skills, confidence, and experience in a supportive environment.
Placements range from short-term tasters to structured internships and supported employment, helping participants gain real insight into the workplace while showcasing their abilities.
Outcome: Real-world experience, proven capability, and a clearer path to lasting employment.
4. Family Support Groups
Families are at the heart of every journey. Our support groups provide a safe, understanding space for parents and carers to share experiences, access resources, and learn strategies for supporting young people into adulthood and employment.
Sessions are run both in person and online, with guest speakers from education, health, and employment sectors.
Outcome: Empowered families who feel less isolated and better equipped.
5. Information & Resource Packs
We’re creating easy-to-use information packs that cover everything from navigating EHCPs and transition planning to employment rights and interview preparation.
Each pack is built in plain, accessible language — with real stories, guidance, and links to trusted organisations.
Outcome: Clear, practical knowledge for families, schools, and employers..
6. Training & Awareness Workshops
We deliver bespoke training for schools, colleges, and employers, covering:
- Neurodiversity awareness and inclusive communication
- Building inclusive workplace cultures & recruitment processes
- Supporting SEND learners in transition
Sessions are interactive, real-world, and designed to shift perceptions — not just tick boxes.
Outcome: More inclusive environments where everyone feels seen and supported.
7. See-Me Hear-Me: Podcast & Interviews
Our ongoing “See-Me Hear-Me” series features conversations with individuals with SEND, families, educators, and employers leading change.
Through podcasts, short films, and social media content, we’re amplifying voices that deserve to be heard — and helping the world see ability differently.
Outcome: Changing perceptions one story at a time.
8. Coming Soon: The See-Me Academy
A digital hub offering on-demand resources, toolkits, and bite-sized learning for individuals, families, and employers — bringing inclusion education to everyone, everywhere.
Every See-Me programme shares one goal:
To make inclusion not just a policy, but a practice — and to ensure that everyone, whatever their ability, is seen, valued, and given the chance to shine.
