See-Me was founded with a simple but powerful belief: talent should never be overlooked because of difference.
We exist to help young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) find meaningful employment — and to help employers see the real value they bring.
Our Story
Having seen the impact first hand of conscious and unconscious bias in the work place and hiring process, See-Me began as a grassroots idea — a vision to change perceptions. Too many capable people were being left out of the workplace because the system wasn’t built with them in mind. We decided to challenge that.
Starting small, we began offering young people coaching sessions, building confidence, and opening doors to real opportunities by partnering with like minded corporations. What started as a conversation has become a movement for inclusion, understanding, and change.
